Thank you for considering Madison Street Worship to come and be a part of the work God is doing in your area! We are a ministry of a local church in Shelbyville, TN called GTWY Church. In our pursuit to be faithful stewards of the time and resources we have been given, we have developed this set of expectations that we consider important to the protection and mission of the traveling team and to ensure that our home-base takes first priority on our calendared events.
Madison Street Worship typically flies out of the Nashville International Airport when airfare is necessary. The minimum you need to budget for is 2 people, as our Worship Leaders do not travel alone. The full band would be a minimum of 7 additional people (roughly 9-11 total including a sound tech). We would prefer to travel with our full band, as it allows us to be at our best and focus on leading, but we are willing to work with skilled musicians from the area that want to volunteer their time.
We have a minimum honorarium for our team in order for us to continue the work that God has called us to do. We also ask that you cover our travel expenses, which includes airfare / gas, lodging, and food. We look forward to leading worship for your event! Please fill out the form below.
